The Barn

Completed in August of ’24, The Barn at Pensacola is a cutting-edge dry storage facility designed to accommodate up to 550 boats, each up to 50 feet in length. Protect your vessel from the elements and keep it in excellent condition with our spacious and secure storage.

The Boatyard

Storm Ready & Expanding

We have developed a state-of-the-art hurricane haul-out facility at The Boatyard, which will accommodate up to 80 vessels, with a Travelift capacity of 110 US tons. With our prime location and storm-protected waters, this facility is the ideal solution for safe, secure storage during hurricane season.
